The Editor-in-Chief of the Midwest Book Review just sent me an inspiring letter of congratulations. James A. Cox has submitted their 5-Star Review of Forgotten Hollywood Forgotten History to AMAZON. The review will also be posted in the July, 2011 of their online book review magazine, Internet Bookwatch; and it will be archived on their website for the next five years.
